Board of Directors
The Maryland Farms Condominium Service Association has an elected Board of 7 members who meet regularly to make decisions on behalf of the Community. They are all homeowners and are elected at the Annual Meeting. A schedule of meeting dates is posted, and reminders of the meeting are sent out via email and posted on the bulletin boards.

Activities Committee
Chairperson: Vacant
Activities Committee is to organize various activities which promote a sense of community within Maryland Farms. Activities will include seasonal functions and community interest presentations for adults, teens and children.

Beautification Committee
Chairperson: Mary Washington
The purpose of the Beautification Committee is quite simply the beautification of Maryland Farms by having members concentrate on the area around their building, including balconies and patios, when planting annual and perrenial flowers and plants. These should be enjoyable tasks. Other areas of the community also get their attention.
Community Improvement Committee
Chairperson: Donna Kemmerle
The purpose of this committee is to serve as a forum for all residents and owners to not only express concerns, but also to assist in developing and implementing solutions to the various problems that face our community. The main objective of the CIC is to give all residents the opportunity to bring about change in their community. Suggestions are welcome.
Election Committee
Chairperson: David Hogan
The Election Committee consists of owners that promote interest in the annual election of MD Farms board members in a nonpartisan fashion. They are responsible for the integrity of the election.
Hearing Board
Chairperson: Evelyn Rojas
The purpose of the Hearing Board is to uphold the By-Laws, Rules and Resolutions of the Association and to resolve misunderstandings and problems encountered in the Community, that are submitted in written form.
