Welcome to the Maryland Farms Condominium Association
Maryland Farms is a three-level garden-type condominium community built in 1965. There are 13 groups of buildings that consist of 545 condominium units (see map below).
Meetings are at 7:00 PM on the 4th Tuesday of every month.
The Maryland Farms community offers an array of amenities such as a swimming pool, two tennis courts, and two playground areas. (Note: The swimming pool is currently under construction.)
Our community center, which is used for community meetings, may also be rented by residents.
To keep our community safe Maryland Farms also employs off duty police officers that patrol in squad cars and on foot at varying hours of the day and night.
Maryland Farms is close to various major highways, such as the I-495 (Beltway), I-95, Route 295, and I-270. We are approximately 9.6 miles away from Washington, DC and 20 miles from Baltimore. Access to I-95 is near the intersection of Route 212 (Powder Mill Road/Cherry Hill Road), and we are only 1.5 miles from Route 29 (Columbia Pike) and 2.5 miles from Route 200 (InterCounty Connector). In addition, the bus going to Fort Totten also stops at the Fort Totten Metro station.
